Tracking is emailed when the parcel leaves the atelier. Orders are packed in a gift box with the certificate and care card.
Why we do not ship to the EU or UK
We are not registered for EU VAT or UK VAT. Without that registration we cannot sell there lawfully, so we do not accept those orders.
If you are outside those regions and are not sure, ask before ordering.
Sales terms
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges, and we do not offer a warranty. Read the specification and the size guide before you order.
No returns
Change of mind, wrong size and wrong choice are not return reasons. Rings are made to order and cannot be exchanged for size.
Damaged in transit
Tell us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs. We repair, replace or refund the piece.
Not as described
If a piece does not match its specification, tell us. We will repair, replace or refund it.
How to raise it
Write through the contact form with your order number and photographs. We reply within two working days. Do not send a piece before we confirm the address.
Hallmarks
Quality, checked and marked.
Every piece is checked before dispatch. The silver and gold are independently hallmarked by an assay office.
A hallmark verifies the precious metal and its purity. It does not grade amber or sapphires, and it does not cover workmanship. We state the limits rather than blur them.
What is marked
925 silver or 585 gold, struck by an independent assay office.
What is not
Stones, plating thickness and workmanship are not hallmarked. They are stated on the product page.
The certificate
Records the piece, its SKU, its metal, its stone and its measurements.
No warranty
There is no repair or replacement warranty. Repairs are quoted and paid.
